Terms of Use
Tridge is a board game with no accounts and no purchases. These terms describe what you can expect from it and what it expects from you.

What this is
Tridge lets you play a two-player connection game with dice against an AI opponent on your own device, with a second person on the same device, or online against another person in a shared room. It is offered on the website tridgezone.net and in the iOS app.
No account, no payment
There is nothing to sign up for and nothing to buy. You choose a display name when you play online, and that is the only thing you tell us about yourself.
How to behave
Pick a display name you would be comfortable showing to strangers: your opponent sees it. Do not use the service to harass other players, do not try to disrupt the game server, and do not try to win by tampering with the app or with the messages it sends. Moves that break the rules are refused by the server.
Rooms and games online
An online room exists only while it is being played. The dice are rolled by the server. A turn has a time limit: when it runs out the server plays for you, and three turns in a row played this way lose the game. A player who leaves, or who stays disconnected for a minute, loses the game in progress. Once everyone has left, the room is deleted and its code becomes free again.
Availability
The game is offered as it is, without any promise that it will be available, uninterrupted or error-free. It may change or shut down at any time, and an online game can be lost if the server restarts.
Ownership
The game Tridge, its rules, code, design, artwork and name belong to their author. Do not copy or redistribute the app or present it as your own.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, the author is not liable for any damage arising from the use of the game, including lost games or lost data. Nothing here limits the rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country.
Mobile apps
The iOS app is distributed through Apple's App Store, whose own terms also apply to that distribution. Apple is not a party to these terms and has no responsibility for the game or its support.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute belongs to the court of the author's place of residence, unless you are a consumer, in which case the court of your own residence remains competent.
Language versions
These terms are published in several languages for convenience. If a translation and the English version disagree, the English version prevails.
Changes
These terms may be updated as the game changes. The date at the top says when they last were, and the current version is always the one on this page.
